Ashley’s Bio
I’ve been caring for my own pets and close family and friends’ pets since I was about 15. I have cared for all kinds of pets such as dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, birds, livestock, and small animals such as rodents. Currently I have a 5 year old Pitbull named Bobby, and two cats named Sparky & Klaus. I am a senior at Virginia Tech studying animal and poultry sciences with a companion animal emphasis. I worked at a veterinary hospital from 2019-2022 as a vet assistant and I am now a kennel technician with Richmond Animal Care and Control. I have training and education in dog and cat handling, animal behavior, and animal nutrition.
