I have been loving and caring for a variety of animals, both domestic and farm animals in various capacities for clients and for my own pets for over thirty years.

I have Veterinary Assistance work experience and Vocational Agricultural training and work experience. I have taught young people the basics of animal care as a 4-H Leader and have assisted former clients with the grooming, feeding and additional care and training of their horses, as needed.

I presently have two fun and somewhat laid-back felines. Curious George, is a sweet, elderly gentleman who has been my constant companion and joy for ten years. Pongo, (Little Bit), is funny and affectionate, (when He's not chasing bugs, rabbits, etc.), who is a one-year-old, that was born last year on the farm that I managed in Shenandoah County. I have formerly also been the, "Mom", for rescued hunting dogs, kittens, birds, horses, chickens and additional animals my five grown sons would bring home when they were boys. We loved, "doctored", cared for them and cried many tears when we found them safe, loving and forever homes.

I presently do not have any other animals of my own until I move to a Farm. However, I am temporarily caring for chickens, dogs, 11 goats, a kitty cat, rabbits, and a pot-bellied pig, Mr. Pickles, for a Client of mine until September 30th.

I am an honest, moral, middle-aged woman who has a good work ethic. I am responsible, caring, and like to serve people and their pets.

I have excellent references, a good criminal background check and have cared for animals with a variety of dietary needs and those who have required various medications and treatments.

I would like to give you the peace of mind knowing that your Family Pets are being loved and cared for as if they were my own while you are unable to care for them yourself.
