We cant say enough good things about Heidi. She takes excellent care of our 5 dogs, giving them each the attention they need, from brisk walks to snuggles. She is prompt, organized, flexible with our schedules, and always leaves informative feedback about the dogs' day. The dogs love her as much as we do (including a very finicky little terrier who usually doesn't like anyone but Mom)! We highly recommend Heidi. She gives us such piece of mind to know our babies are well taken care of when we are away at work.

It is my pleasure to write this review for Heidi M. She is a terrific pet caretaker for my two boys (cats). She is very knowledgeable about cats and she loves working with them. She gave me ideas and suggestions for the cats. She left me a daily report to include her playtime with each, which I truly enjoyed reading. I believe she knew my cats just as well as I did after her first day with them. I really appreciate the time she spent playing with them and seeing to their daily needs. I enjoyed meeting her the first time. She went beyond my expectation for pet sitting and I greatly appreciate all that she did, and will gladly use her services again.

This is our first time using an in-home dog sitter and Heidi has set the bar HIGH! Making sure the visit will be as comfortable for our dogs, us (the owners) and herself, she takes extra steps to gather as much information as possible to ensure a good-fit for all, including a professional Policies and Procedures form. Our dogs were in great hands! We even came home to daily doggy-report cards that detailed visits, walks, behavior, incidents (not needed in our case), feeding times, potty times, etc. We are 100% pleased with Heidi's services and highly recommend her.
