I have been around animals my whole life from kittens, puppies and horses to saving baby robins in my back yard. I would like to make my love for animals into a career. I find working with animals to be rewarding. I have worked with dogs since I was little I had a german shepard when i was about 12 that I had trained to walk on a leash. Because of his great manners people around our neighborhood then began asking me to train their dogs. My first paid experience was with a hound dog, I taught him how to walk on a leash and sit and lay down. I use rewarding and gentle techniques, never anything harsh or cruel. I also have done alot of work with horses as a kid i took a lot of riding lessons hunter jumper and dressage. In my twenties i started working on doing cowboy dressage. I have previously worked on farms and done over night care. I specialize in one on one attention for every animal in my care. In the summer of 2014 I worked for a barn where we took in and trained rescue horses, the horses were challenging but the outcome is so rewarding. I also have ferrets at the moment, I just love animals, I have trained my ferrets to walk on leashes, roll and come on command. I would say i'm pretty muti talented! I have a very calm demeanor about me which had helped a lot dealing with hard to handle animals. I am always willing to take on a challenge. Please feel free to message me with any questions
