Hello! My name is Lauren; I am an incoming law student at UW fresh out of Atlanta, GA!!Having grown up with cats and currently the cat-mom to one fuzzy friend of my own, I have had several years of interacting with and caring for both dogs and cats. I do have more out-of-house experience with cats; I have previously volunteered at the Jacksonville, FL and Athens, GA Humane Societies and was instructed in cat behavior. In college, I frequented one of the shelters in the Atlanta, GA area to socialize and walk the dogs that stayed there. Not to mention, I was the primary caregiver of my parents' dog while in high school! Needless to say, I love and have always loved animals! I am a responsible, punctual, and compassionate person with an attention to detail. I am attentive to the animals in my care and always strive to make them comfortable, happy, and safe. I consider myself a clear communicator, cool under pressure, and easy to work with.
