To say I love animals is an understatement. I'm always the person out on walks or in the car who will interrupt you by squealing over every dog I see, and my phone is literally riddled with thousands of animal photos. I worked at Petco for some time and specifically was the Dog & Cat manager, so I've been trained in animal care, nutrition, and even safety skills.

I'm all my friends' favorite pet aunt, and I have watched many, many animals in my lifetime- some my own, some foster, and TONS from family and friends. I can provide references upon request.

I also stay up to date on training methods. I'm not a trainer, so I don't charge extra for that- it is just an interest of mine. This is helpful to reinforce your routines and commands and for your pets to feel confident, safe, and happy even when you're not around. This also means that I can help with puppies (that are at least house trained), as well as dogs that have slight behavioral management needs. For example, I am knowledgeable in how to curb and distract dogs that are overly excited to meet other dogs while on leash, and other small concerns like that.

By the way, I work remotely, so I am home during the day M-F, and I live 1 block from Cascade park, just another 3 blocks from a small but popular dog park (corner of Denny and Minor), and 5-6 blocks from water access at Lake Union. if you feel confident that your dog is well socialized, then I am happy to take them to some of these spots to play with other pups as well as a normal walk. :)
