Kensington agreed to start working with our family on a specific date, confirmed it in advance, and then simply didn’t show up. There was no message, no call, and no response afterward. This level of unreliability is unacceptable, especially in roles that require trust and planning. We would caution others to consider this before making childcare arrangements with her.
