Sophie has been our nanny for the past year and she is amazing! She is consistent, flexible, and communicates well. She partnered with me in maintaining our household rules while creating a fun atmosphere for the kids.
Our kids are getting older and don't need as many nanny hours anymore, otherwise we would keep her on as our permanent nanny.
I think the biggest testament to Sophie's skill is that even my teenager still requests time with her. She has helped our kids grow in such a positive way!
