I love pets! I have been a pet owner for most of my life. When I was a young boy, I was lucky to care for Igor the Cat and then Harpo the Miniature Schnauzer. Later, as a husband and father, we were blessed with 17 years caring for our Lab mix, Ginger. She was a rescue we adopted from the local humane society and she became a wonderful part of our family.

While I don't have "professional" experience caring for pets, I have lots of life experience and patience that make me a great choice.

I don't live with any pets now, so look at this opportunity as a way to make fun connections with new animal friends!

My main interest is in longer-term stays, e.g. 30+ days.
