My wife was called out of town on short notice and I was left with a 9, 10 year old, and a pet. I work 13 hrs a day and needed help. Cheyenne met with us the very day I contacted her and also changed her schedule to accommodate my changing schedule. She went above and beyond caring for my boys and providing activities to keep them busy. (She even gave our dog a bath without being asked).
