We were incredibly fortunate to have had such a dedicated, compassionate, and capable nanny care for our family over the years. She looked after all six of my children from the time they were newborns through age 10, which speaks volumes about her consistency, trustworthiness, and commitment. Managing six children of varying ages is no small task, yet she handled it with remarkable organization and calm. She supported us through every stage—infant care, toddler milestones, school routines, and everything in between. She went far beyond basic childcare. She helped maintain structure in our home, assisted with meals, kept things organized, and was always proactive in anticipating our family’s needs. More importantly, she built strong, loving relationships with each of my children, treating them with kindness while also instilling respect, good manners, and independence. Her reliability and work ethic were unmatched. I always felt confident knowing my children were safe, nurtured, and genuinely cared for in her presence. She became an integral part of our family, and her impact on our children’s growth and development is something we will always be grateful for. It was a pleasure having Ashley working for me she is amazing and works well with infants and children. If she would have stayed with n Florida I would have loved for her to stay with me and my family. Both of my children love her so much.
