I would not recommend Chelsea. We interviewed, agreed on details, and scheduled her to begin on the first day of school. Unfortunately, she was a complete no-show—no reply, no answer, no communication at all. This was very unprofessional and disappointing, especially after the time spent preparing and trusting her with this responsibility. Reliability and communication are extremely important in this type of work, and Chelsea showed neither.
