Meet Vilela

My name is Vilela Rose, and I’ve been in the early childhood field for over 14 years, including owning and operating my own licensed daycare. In that role, I not only provided hands-on care for children from infants to school-age, but I also handled staff training, scheduling, licensing compliance, and parent communications. I’m very familiar with state childcare regulations, curriculum planning, and creating safe, nurturing environments. I strong organizational skills, and I’m comfortable stepping in wherever needed — from supporting classrooms to managing administrative tasks. I’m passionate about helping both children and staff grow, and I take pride in maintaining high standards of safety, education, and teamwork.
