We were so lucky to have Roxanne care for our 15-month-old toddler for one month while we were searching for a permanent nanny. She was still nannying my sister’s kids at the time and kindly agreed to help us out when we were in a bind and desperately needed support. Roxanne has such a happy, upbeat personality and great energy. She’s naturally wonderful with kids and connects with them so easily. My toddler was comfortable with her right away, which gave me so much peace of mind. She’s dependable, trustworthy, and reliable, and she was always on time. I really appreciated how communicative she was. She took photos of meals before and after so I could see how much my child ate, and she also sent pictures throughout the day of the activities they did at home. She took my toddler on stroller walks, read books, played games, and kept her engaged and happy. Overall, Roxanne was a fantastic caregiver, and I would highly recommend her to any family looking for a loving, reliable nanny. We’re very grateful for the care she gave our child.

We cannot say enough good things about Roxanne. She truly has all the qualities of Mary Poppins. She is kind, cheerful, patient, dependable, flexible, honest, upfront, and full of warmth. From the very beginning, she built a strong and loving bond with our children and made them feel safe, happy, well cared for, and confident. It was clear every day how much she genuinely cared for them. She has a wonderful way of balancing structure with fun. She handled daily routines smoothly, kept the kids engaged with creative play, and helped them through challenging moments with calm and care. Her presence brought so much peace and joy into our home, and everything felt easier and more organized when she was there. Most importantly, she became a trusted and valued part of our family. We always felt completely comfortable knowing our children were not only well cared for, but truly loved. I would welcome Roxanne back into our home in a heartbeat. Any family would be very lucky to have her, and we give her our highest recommendation.
