Hi my name is Christine and I’m looking to help a family with child care. I do not have any paid experience in my adult career, though my first job at 9 years old was babysitting children younger than me. I did that for years! I also have a sister who is 13 years younger than me, I was there helping raise her until I went off to college. Since then I have cared children of my best friends and have been lucky enough to watch them grow. Most recently, I worked at a Trauma hospital in Seattle and dealt directly with the children in our Burn Unit. I was able to work on a new playroom and physical therapy room for the unit, and we also created a Halloween Hallway for them for trick or treating in the hospital. I feel like I was meant to be a mother Read more and just adore children of all ages. I’m stepping away from a busy career to slow down and focus on what is important to me, and I realized this was a big one for me. My goal is to be a support, teacher and guide as well as care for their day to day needs!
