Hi, I'm Michele! I'm getting married in May 2027 and am looking for a small part-time opportunity doing something I genuinely love. I've been a clinical mental health therapist for the past 11 years and currently work full-time Tuesday through Friday. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 10 years working in childcare, including several years as a full-time nanny. During that time, I worked with seven wonderful families, four of which were nanny shares, caring for children of all ages. With an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, extensive nanny experience, and over a decade as a therapist, I also bring 15 years of experience specializing in parent coaching. If it's something your family would find helpful, I'd be happy to incorporate parent coaching into our time together. My approach is rooted in child development and behavioral science rather than any one parenting philosophy. We are very fortunate to have found Michele through Sitter City three years ago. She became the nanny to our then 6- week-old son and gave excellent care. Three years later, Michelle continues to be involved in our son and his new younger brothers' life, occasionally babysitting and has recently been taking our older boy with her on activities with with her younger brothers and her son.
