I began babysitting when I was 12 yrs. old and have always enjoyed caring for and teaching children. While growing up, my Mom was a babysitter, so I saw first hand what all the job entailed. My summer jobs were always as a nanny and included: outdoor activities, swimming lessons (I was on a swim team for 10 years and a certified life guard), age appropriate lessons/tutoring in reading, writing, spelling, and math, social skills, crafts, cooking, and errands. I truly enjoyed it! I retired 8 years ago and decided to go back to doing what I truly love... being a nanny. Over the past 8 years I've had the pleasure of helping a number of families. I have a lot of love, patience, and knowledge still left to give, so I would like to find another family to be a nanny and/or house manager for. I have experience with Read more newborns through junior high age, twins, multiple children, special needs, love pets, am a non-smoker, very active, and love the outdoors. I will also bring along my exceptional organizational skills, prepare meals, run errands, tutor, accommodate activities/schedules, vacation travels, overnights, pet sit, and whatever else I can do to help. I am CPR and First Aid Certified for all ages as well as having a clean driving record and background. I am Covid vaccinated and Tdap up-to-date.
