Seeking a warm, reliable nanny or sitter for an 8-year-old nonspeaking autistic child in Long Beach.

One parent will always be home. Focus on play based learning, communication, and enrichment. Experience in special education, AAC, or early childhood preferred. Music or art is a plus. Responsibilities Lead play based activities that build communication, early literacy, and math. Model AAC use. Support regulation, transitions, and daily routines. Encourage independence. Share brief updates.

Qualifications:
Experience with autistic children preferred. Familiarity with AAC or willingness to learn. Patient, dependable, and comfortable in a home setting.

Position Details:
Part time, 6 to 10 hours per week. Flexible schedule. Optional light housekeeping for additional hours.
