Kids are 10, 12, 13.
10 year old has Down Syndrome.
Very high functioning but needs visual and verbal supervision when going potty.
He can bath, clothe and feed himself with visual and verbal supervision.
12 and 13 year old will likely hang in their rooms and avoid you at first - lol. It's the age. Middle school.
Occasional need for a sitter.
