Our 13 year old has ASD and need someone who can keep an eye on him to keep him busy while we are working. Mom works PT and dad works FT. Dad works from home 2-3 days a week and on the days mom is also working as well, Ian needs someone to support him.

He is a sweet kid, who loves people and enjoys being around them. He struggles with communication and gets frustrated because of that. He is independent with toileting needs and spends a lot of time on his iPad so he's not hard to take care of. Lately he's been bored when at home and that's when he gets in trouble, so that is why we are looking for someone skilled in special needs sitting to help out.

If possible, we would love to have you also help once in awhile with driving him to therapy whenever needed. He does not have homework so most of the time it is helping him stay out of mischief and helping him get snacks and meals. Special needs training is important. Patience with a child with expressive delay. Reliability essential.
