Nanny for son with disabilities

Hello. I am looking for a nanny to help with my son Brennan. He is 17 and has a cognitive delay and autism. He is a very sweet, affectionate child. He just needs a 1:1 for safety much like a young child. He does have a feeding tube (very easy to learn and I will fully train you) and we are working on toilet training. I am looking for someone patient and kind hearted to work with Bren and my family. I am a nurse who works outside the home, so I need someone with organizational skills to take care of him when I am gone. I will fully train you before leaving you alone. I take care of my nannies like family; I hope to meet my next one soon (my current nanny of 4 years in grad school) Brennan has a respite company that pays; it does require a 1-2 hour zoom call, cpr training (can be done through company online) and a small amount of paperwork.
