Looking for Sitter for Toddler

My daughter is 3 and on the spectrum. Looking for an occasional sitter for during the day and sometimes at night. She is not potty trained but we are working on it in ABA and school and she is non-verbal. Looking for a reliable and trusting sitter so my husband and I can go out occasionally and while we are working from home.
