Overnight or 24hr Elder Care Needed

My 89yr old Father has been diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer. They live in Merrit Island, FL. His wife is unable to manage all his needs such as toileting, transferring, bathing, etc... We are in need of caretakers: daytime, overnight or a 24hr live-in. Will look at all possibilities at this point. Thank you for your time & consideration!
