Care for special needs daughter

We are looking to secure some back up help for our 2 person team of caregivers for our daughter who is 28 years old and has Rett Syndrome. Our current caregivers work during the day with us, but we are looking for help with securing some additional help for nights or weekends when we may have outings that come up for ourselves.
