We are a close-knit family with two energetic, playful boys, ages 2 and 3. They thrive with caregivers who bring structure, patience, and active engagement to their day. We are currently living with my parents while our new home is being built. My parents are typically in the home, but they are older and have some mobility limitations; the nanny would not be responsible for their care, but should be comfortable working in a multigenerational household.

For date nights and occasional support, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys young children, can keep up with active toddlers, & can provide a calm, structured environment. We would also appreciate light meal preparation from time to time, & we will ensure additional compensation for any cooking.
