Child care for autistic son

We are looking for occasional child care/babysitting for our autistic and ADHD son, who is currently 11 and in 5th grade. I would describe him as having "moderate" support needs. He does not need help with feeding/toileting/self-care and is pretty self-sufficient, but is prone to meltdowns if he is overstimulated or anxious. We mostly need someone who could watch him for a few hours while myself and my husband went out to dinner or other activities, and potentially occasional transportation to/from school in emergency situations. He does have a few medications he takes (just pills/liquids that he has no problems swallowing). CPR/First Aid would be a plus.
