Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care for our 13 yo son during afterschool and school vacation hours:
- Supervise and care for our son in a safe environment
- Assist with daily activities (meals, hygiene, dressing)
- Follow care plans and behavioral strategies
- Accompany him to activities (gym, tutor, music lessons)
- Engage in recreational and educational activities
- Manage challenging behaviors with positive techniques
- Communicate regularly with the family
- Maintain a clean, organized environment
- Participate in training and professional development
- Keep accurate records of care provided
Qualifications:
Training in special education, psychology, or related field
Experience with children with autism or disabilities
Understanding of autism and behavior management
Russian language is a plus
Other languages are a plus too
