Our son is 4 years old, is autistic and is largely non-speaking. He has been in in-home ABA therapy for the last year. We can see from the data that ABA works, but are struggling to achieve enough hours so are now looking to supplement with a Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
Experience with ABA therapy is a bonus, for the most part we are hoping to find someone who can help him thrive and also manage some of the daily workload of our house while WE provide the therapy to him.
