Hi! Our son turns 4 in June. We're looking for a summer nanny, 3 days a week from morning-afternoon, around 15 hours a week. Our son is diagnosed with autism and gestalt language processing, so we need someone who is familiar and comfortable with providing the necessary care, patience, and understanding for someone with special needs, particularly speech delays. He is partially verbal, around stage 2 of GLP, but not conversational. We're looking for someone who will want to take him to do activities outside, or fun activities inside! Chill days are fine too, we just really appreciate 1:1 attention no matter the day. We will help plan or provide. No pet care expected but we have cats. We don't know where he'll be in his potty training journey but possibly comfortable with aiding him in the potty area. Light meal prep is nice too. CPR/First Aid training is a must
