Multiple children, 2 with special needs

Hello!
We have four children, 7, 6, 6, 2.
The two 6's have ADHD. One also has level 1 Autism. We are looking for an experienced sitter able to realize that lack of supervision is not an option. We would like to go out knowing our kids are safe and happy.
