After school care for 4 year old with Autism

I am looking for child care assistance for my 4 year old son with Autism. My son needs assistance with activities and diaper changes. He will require someone that can keep him engaged with activities preferably educational activities. He enjoys watching his tablet, movies and playing on his trampoline. He is very easy to watch however I work during these hours from home and will not be able to attend to him when working.
