I'm looking for help with my son. He is 18 & has high functioning Autism. The goal is to help my son become more independent. We are looking for someone to start out w/ a 2 hr. shift once a week to help him w/ his chores (straighten/organize his room, do his laundry & put it away, clean his bathroom & do his dishes). You don't have to do these things yourself. He needs supervision & positive encouragement (& at the beginning, some help). At the end of August, we would add a 2hr. shift Mon-Fri to help with his morning routine. He will be going to InclusiveU @ SU & needs encouragement getting out of bed, showering, taking his meds, breakfast & cleanup, & getting organized/packed for his day.
