DownSyndrome son afraid of birds..

I have a son with down syndrome and autism. He will be 29 in April. I am in a wheelchair and have a friend coming from Utah. We reserved a beach chair for me but my son is deathly afraid of birds. He will drop and scream. I need someone for 4 hours.
Oh and I have issues with him wetting his pants.
