Kaitlyn has special needs, she's autistic (so am i) she also has developmental delays. She can't have a conversation, but understands some things, and can say a few things. She can go to the bathroom and dress herself if you give her clothes. She loves her iPad and YouTube. She is very sensitive to loud noises and crowds. She is 19. We also have the missing long arm of chromosome 10. I need help because I have appointments and would like to work some. No housework or anything. Just to give her 2 pills at 12pm and 4pm in applesauce , vanilla pudding or cereal. And to feed her.
