About Our Boys:
Two brothers, aged 10 and 8, both with unique needs
One non-verbal and one verbal autism diagnosis
One child is a flight risk, requiring extra vigilance and attention

What We're Looking For:
Experienced caregiver with a heart for special needs children
Compassionate and patient demeanor, capable of handling challenging situations with grace
Attentive and proactive, especially adept at managing flight risks
Availability for regular babysitting sessions, M-F 7am -530pm and occasional evening/weekend potentially *Optional*

Responsibilities Include:
Supervising and engaging the boys in fun and stimulating activities
Ensuring their safety at all times, particularly for the child prone to wandering
Assisting with meal times and basic care needs
Maintaining open communication with parents regarding any concerns or updates
Aiden 10 also requires assistance with changing as he is incontinent.
