Seeking a reliable, patient, and compassionate Personal Care Attendant to support an adult with autism who is independent but benefits from structure, routine, and gentle guidance. This is NOT A MEDICAL OR NURSING ROLE—the focus is on daily living support, companionship, and maintaining a calm, predictable environment.

Responsibilities
Provide supervision and companionship in a respectful way,
Support with daily routines (meals, hygiene reminders, organization, light household tasks)
Assist with community outings, appointments, and recreational activities.
Encourage independence, communication, and positive behavior
Maintain a safe, structured, and calm environment
Follow established routines and communicate any concerns promptly.
