Looking for a caring and dependable babysitter to support my 7-year-old child, who is on the autism spectrum. Ideal candidate is patient, understanding, and able to follow simple routines that help with comfort and consistency. Responsibilities include playtime, supervision, preparing simple snacks, and helping with transitions.
Experience with autistic or neurodivergent children is preferred but not required if you’re willing to learn. Must be reliable, communicative, and comfortable creating a calm, supportive environment.
Flexible hours; pay negotiable based on experience.
