I have a 13 year old son that’s non verbal, has Autism and adhd. Daughter 6 that is typical neuro developmental, however I would like someone who is ok with discipline, using timeouts making sure no rewards if bad behavior etc. She can also be a great helper but loves to play and will test your boundaries. My son does require diaper changing and someone to sit and help feed him. He can chew and self feed some but will grab too much at once etc. I would need someone from 2:45-6 or 7ish. Summer would be more hours and possibly pick up or drop offs.
