Hi everyone! I saw that you're looking for care at your home but wanted to give you another option. I live in South Anchorage near Bayshore in Resolution Pointe. I'm a registered nurse licensed here in Alaska & looking to work as a trustworthy caregiver on the side. I've always dreamed of being a baby nurse where I can offer parents some much needed rest and support as they navigate their new journey of being a new mom/dad or even a parent to multiple kids. I understand that every family is different and am looking forward to being an extra resource for you all. I previously worked on the mom-baby unit at one of the local hospitals & have experience in caring for newborns. I have 3 kids & have watched many family members and friends kids throughout the years so I have experience in all age ranges. Care would Read more be provided at my home. My mom who is retired & was a registered nurse for over 30 years, lives with me & my family & would be able to help me out as well. I truly understand the meaning of "it takes a village" to raise a child! I am aware that my rates are above average but it is because of the qualifications I have & the flexibility that my family & I are able to offer. I can do intermittent care as well & offer date nights or even over night care at times. Our house has 2 play areas in our home, a fenced backyard with a playground, & we had a UV air purifier installed that covers our whole house. I have passed background checks since I still currently work at a few of our local hospitals and also upgraded my care.com profile to offer a current background/motor vehicle check as well. I have a current healthcare BLS/CPR certification & there are no restrictions on my license as a registered nurse.
