Hi! My name is Thalia Tillis, I’m 19 years old and a nursing student with a flexible schedule. I’ve been caring for children for years! My cousins, now 6 and 8, since they were babies, and my niece since she was born 3 years ago. I’ve been her regular paid sitter ever since. I truly enjoy engaging with kids, helping them learn, play, and stay safe. Currently, I work at a daycare, but caring for 12–14 kids at once has shown me I thrive in smaller, more personal settings. I’d love a full-time babysitting position where I can give each child more attention. I’m comfortable watching up to 4 kids at a time. As the youngest of four siblings, I’ve always been surrounded by family and little ones—and I’d be honored to be a part of yours!
