Age of 16-18 began my time with sitting with children ( pastor's children, church member's children and summer jobs of sitting with children from mom's first grade class). My first job was Gold's Gym in the daycare at Tuscaloosa, while attending college. From there I have worked with after-school care, floating teacher of all ages at Tender Years daycare. I am a mother of two older children, one boy and one girl. I thoroughly enjoy being with children and think of it as one of the most important things you can do. I have a bachelors degree in psychology / guidance and counseling from University of Montevallo. Have volunteered at the Crises Center (B'ham) and Salvation Army.
