I have gained my most experience with some my siblings who are much younger than I. Day by day helping my mother with diaper changes, feedings, and even play time I have developed a sense of what it is like to be an excellent caregiver. Fortunately I have plenty of outside experience as well. Babysitting many times for church family and learning what its like to take diligent care of someone who is not related to myself as well as a some experience in a Child Development Center.
