My experience with children has always been within the family. I grew up with two siblings, and I always took care of them when they were young. My grandmother took care of young children for a living and I often went over to help her when I was younger. My mother also used to care for babies and young children so she would always tell me about it and share her experiences so I was able to gain knowledge through her. Over time I learned how important patience is with children and how important it is to be active and open. I am currently a student at a local community college.
