I bring over ten years of experience caring for children, including those with disabilities and special needs. As a full time, employee at the Alabama Department of Mental Health, I have developed a strong foundation in compassionate, patient, and responsive care. Additionally, I also currently provide before-school childcare to one elementary aged child on a weekly basis. This role includes supervising the child during morning routines, preparing simple breakfast items if needed, and ensuring the child boards the bus safely and on time. I am a dedicated mother to two autistic children, which has deepened my understanding of the unique challenges and needs faced by neurodiverse individuals. My background has equipped me with the skills to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children of all abilities.
Trust & safety
We encourage parents to conduct their own screenings using the background check tools. See what each of the badges covered, or learn more about keeping your family safe by visiting the Trust & Safety Center.
