Hello! I'm Teri And I have 61/2 years of experience. I'm very tenderhearted, loving, nurturing and dependable. I worked at Word Alive International Outreach for 61/2 years in their preschool program. I worked with 6 months to 1-yr-olds for a couple of years. Then I worked with just 1-year-olds for two more years. The remaining two and a half years I worked with newborns, which is my passion! They are just so tiny and fragile, just so precious. I was responsible for 4 newborn everyday. I fed, changed, and rocked the babies to sleep. I was also responsible for keeping a Daily Routine Sheet updated all day. I would write down the times each baby would eat and how many ounces. I also wrote down the time of every diaper change. I would make sure everything was neat and tidy because it made our daily routine flow a lot better. Read more I enjoyed working with them so much. It really didn't seem like a job because that's my passion! I can say with all confidence that I was great at my job and I have many many mothers that were very pleased with my work and would tell other expecting mothers about me. When it was time for evaluations I always scored excellent. This is how I feel, if mom is happy, baby will be happy! Moms know their babies better than anybody, so I want to do whatever you tell me when it pertains to your child. If you have special instructions or certain ways of doing things than I will do that too. I welcome any input that will help that precious baby be healthy and happy. That way everybody is happy and at ease, so baby will be at ease and that my friend, is a good day!
