I am a freshman Neuroscience major at Auburn University with many years of childcare under my belt (not all paid though). I am an extremely creative person and enjoy helping kids tap into their own creativity whether it be through baking, crafts or lego sets. I was also taught by my grandfather, who is a chef, how to cook so snacks, lunch or dinner will be easy peasy to whip up. I can and will also help with homework if need be. I understand sometimes parents, especially of much younger children or first time parents, can be iffy about leaving them for a few hours. I am more than happy to send text updates, videos or pictures to ensure the kid(s) are doing well and put your mind at ease.
