I began working with kids while I was working towards my bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology. First I babysat for a family and then I transitioned into a Behavioral Therapist role in which I worked one on one with children of all ages and functioning capabilities. I remained in this position for 2.5 years and eventually became Assistant Manager. I have since moved onto another job but I still miss working with little ones and the joy they can bring. I am CPR and First Aid certified in both children and adults and have remained certified for the last 8 years. I also love pets of all shapes and sizes and am willing to care for them while in the home as well.
