Hello, My name is Lyri. For as long as I could remember, I've always had something connected with caring for a child. I went to college for business even though I wanted to do early childhood education, or at least something to do with children or caring for them. And because I kept thinking about it, I changed my major back to early childhood education. I love children, I love seeing children smile, and I love just being there for them. I have a big family. There's not a time where I haven't baby-sitted. I've taken care of kids of all ages. Though, I prefer keeping it from toddler to elementary. I've had great experience with just my family, and I'm sure I will also have the same with others. I am currently a sophomore in college at AUM. I hope that I can have a chance to care for Read more many children. The best training I could have had was with my own family. For now, I don't believe I have certifications, but I am working towards it while also wanting to experience and find out exactly what type of jobs I want that deal with children because I love them.
