Why do you love being a sitter? I love being a sitter because I truly enjoy spending time with children and supporting their growth in a safe, positive environment. Watching kids learn, gain confidence, and express themselves is very rewarding to me. I also enjoy being someone families can trust and rely on, and I take pride in creating a calm, fun, and structured space where children feel comfortable and cared for. What experience do you have? I am an undergraduate junior and have been working as a part-time substitute teacher for elementary and middle school students for the past three years. Through this role, I have gained hands-on experience managing classrooms, working with children of different ages, and adapting to various learning styles and behaviors. I have experience supervising groups, helping with schoolwork, maintaining routines, and ensuring student safety both in academic and recreational settings.
