I have a broad spectrum of requirements necessary to be a professional care giver, especially with children. My three most recent professions have included working with large groups of children as well as tending to at home needs for young children with special needs. In terms of direct qualifications for any babysitting or nanny positions I was a private nanny for 3 years for two young special needs boys which included several responsibilities such as therapy care, adapting motor skills and critical thinking through daily intensive exercise and training work, maintained a working relationship with teachers and parents to help build individualized programs to increase functionality with both boys. I concluded with the family once both children were in school full time. Most recently I was a music director at a community theater wherein I had daily interaction and adaptation to meet needs of cast members and director and taught Read more extremely complicated musical score with a run time of nearly 3 hours to 30+ cast members. Before that I was a Music Teacher at Mason Music Studios in Birmingham, Alabama wherein I had daily interactive adaptation to meet needs of students and parents of students while upholding ideals set forth by the studio company, had to plan out weekly schedules, special needs as they arose, and maintained continuous excellence toward education needs fluctuate in order to meet needs of students between the ages of 4-54 as well as the managers and owners of the studio.
